With the addition of 'Student Checklists' for re-enrolling students, it now makes sense to add the ability to message those students from EMS as well.
As Official Notes currently exist, only candidates and their parents, and incoming students and their parents can be messaged/emailed via official notes.

As I understand it, this is also necessary in order to send an official note listing all outstanding items on a student checklist instead of sending multiple reminders for each item.

We also have this need. We have multiple schools, so it is possible for a middle school family to tour the high school. As is, we are unable to send the High School tour follow-up message. Please add this functionality.

PLEASE add the ability to send Official Notes to those with "Student" status. The Office of Admission still needs to communicate with new families via EMS after we enroll them.

This would also help when using the Candidates List to send Official Notes regarding Event Registrations, if a current Parent/Student registered for an event.
