OnBoard Official Notes to Re-Enrolling Students
Presently, a Student in onBoard that is Re-Enrolling and has the student roll, cannot receive Official Notes, as they do not meet any of the 'Access' role criteria in 'OnBoard>Settings>Official Notes>+Add (Note) Type'. While 're-enrolling student' is not a role, it seems like there should still be a way to accomplish this.

I just found this and would really like this enhancement. While we can send generic reminders through specific contracts, the official note function would allow us to send much more specific instructions to families at different stages of the process. It would really cut down on the volume of questions I receive.

Agreed. There are Admissions-related notes in Enrollment Management that are necessary after a student enrolls that would not necessarily be appropriate as an Official Note on the Academic side.
