Ability to mark users as on hold/not returning in bulk

We would like to have the ability to be able to mark users as on a hold (academic/financial/other) and also those not returning in a bulk process vs. having to do this individually through a users profile.

    As we grow as a school and have multiple families who cannot take care of their reenrollment contracts in the allotted time, we need to be able to put repeat offenders on hold prior to generating contracts. This year that number could be upwards of 200+. To be able to select those students who do not have a generated contract for the coming year and then put them all on HOLD by a BULK process with the same date and reason would be so helpful.

    This is still a pressing concern for us- it took quite a while to mark all of these.
