When giving priority to students on our waitlists, we use the 'Sibling is a Student' Column to give priority to siblings of currently enrolled students. We extend this priority to all students who are currently enrolled, including ones that have recently completed their contracts and are considered 'Incoming Students'.

I propose that we we include 'incoming students' in this 'Sibling is a Student' column in order to account for these students.
