When a school is selected from the available list, fill in the school info (Country, State, City, etc) in the school form fields.

Otherswise we have to either leave those fields not required (which we don't want to do when they are adding a new school), or the applicant has to re-enter those fields (which we don't want them to have to do when selecting an exiasting school)
