Include "Waived" in Parent View of Checklist instead of including it under "Completed" Merged

I want to request to include "Waived" in Parent View of Checklist instead of including it under "Completed". Currently if I waive something on a candidate's checklist it shows as completed on the parent's view. This is misleading and can be very confusing to the parent.

If we could have waived or completed as options that would be great.

If we can select and see the various statuses, the parents should be able to see the same information. There's no point waiving a required step if the candidate cannot see that the item has been waived.

It would also be helpful if parents could see when a checklist item is in progress. Currently, they only see not completed or completed, which would lead a parent to think that they haven't scheduled an interview, etc. Being able for them to see the scheduled/requested would greatly help in parents knowing what truly isn't yet completed.

It does not make sense to have our checklist say waived but theirs look like we received something! Again, something that confuses the applicant families. Please fix this!

Also, to have the requested text show as well.  We are getting families submitting multiple recommendation requests through the system since they can't see if their request went through.  This is causing trouble for other schools as teachers are getting multiple recommendation requests.
