Edit Inquiry Form even after it has been used
It would help so much to be able to change an inquiry form even though someone has used it. We often catch something that doesn't work well and it would be nice to just edit it, instead of having to create a new one and then trying to inactivate the old. I'm thinking about how you can change checklists an decide if it should be applied to only new students or not. Really with inquiry form changes, just having a modified form available for future inquiries seems good.
Hello! We recently released new functionality that will allow you to edit text in an inquiry form (and any other form) that is in use. If you need to change a field label or edit instructions, you can do so without needing to create a new form. I am going to close this idea as Implemented. If you need additional edit capabilities, please create a new idea so we can track that request!

Yes- we used to have this option before the new inquiry forms, and I understand that it can cause trouble when you're mapping data to something that isn't there any more, but being able to tweak it as you go was a great feature. If there were protections in place that warned us if were were going to remap data (like in the checklists) that would be very useful.
