Financial Aid Request indicator on a contract

When creating a tuition contract I would like to see a polling ability for families that may request Financial Aid that in previous years were not on any kind of Aid

For Non Integrated as well as Integrated contracts

We use a third party financial aid assessment tool that is compulsory by our governing body.

    In the "deposit" block of the contract, the first question that can be toggled is "Financial aid requested?" It's this way on the integrated and non-integrated. It looks like a simple yes/no option selected by whoever is filling out the contract, and isn't connected to whether they have prior aid or not.
