We have 2 active contracts offered to some families. One is the main enrollment contract and one is for a summer program. Awards are offered separately against each of these contract types. However, there is no way to prevent the separate awards from showing on both of the contracts. The awards types need to be lined up with the specific contract types. The work around we are using is to not use the financial aid functionality at all on the summer program contract and then manage the award by entering a fee with negative amount; painful and very limiting in terms of reporting and management capacity.
