Contract Lists should not pull Archived Contract Types & Contracts

When you filter a contract list, it pulls up every contract from the beginning of time, even those that have been archived. This leaves a ton of room for error in lists, as you have no way of seeing which contracts are for which year.

      I disagree. Contract lists DON'T include archived contract types in Contract Type filter - so the only way to have accurate lists for prior years is to not use the filter. Instead, the lists should add a filter for "Include archived types".

      If you add filters to the contract list you can narrow down what you're looking for.
