(1)  When there are 2 candidates who are living at the same address, the address does not show on the sheet for the 2nd candidate

(2)  The following fields do not populate:  How Hear, Current Grade, Interview Date, Interviewer

(3)  Admission Test Results:   This section is incomplete; SSAT scores includes Verbal, Quantitative, Reading Comprehension &  Cumulative; the scores do not populate; we need both "score" & "percentile"; other schools may use "stanines";there is room for only 1 test; many of our candidates take 2 or 3.

I did not test the financial aid section we since we wouldn't use it.
