Currently, if a family submits or starts an online teacher recommendation request, they lose the ability to download the recommendation. It would be helpful if this download option remained available.  We have encountered several occasions when a family tried to submit the recommendation and for whatever reason the school did not receive it or the screen was blank.  It would be nice when this happened if they could download the recommendation and send it to the school.
