Allow teachers to set default calendar view in their individual courses

Teachers who prefer the grid view for assignments have asked that they be able to set it as the default for their courses. They would also like to set the Assigned, Active, or Due view as their default.

    I have numerous teachers (and students) who would prefer a grid view on their class pages. Some prefer list view, but others really like that calendar view. It would be great if this could be an option they could set in the "Preferences" section. Thanks!
