Allow additional File type to be uploaded to assignment dropbox.

Please consider allowing these additional filed types to be updated to assignment drop box:

dxf - AutoCAD

scad - 3D Cad

scaleable vector graphic  - svg

audodesk - 123dx

    I would add webm to the list. It is the video format for Chromebooks (with the Screencastify) extension.
