Lesson Plans and it autopopulate in the assignment section
It would be very helpful to teachers to be able to enter their lesson plans into Blackbaud, for their supervisor or Principal to be able to view the lesson plans and for it to auto populate into the assignment section.

Our teachers use Curriculum Trak and it would be so helpful if Blackbaud could integrate so the plans could auto populate into the assignments. We have heard that RenWeb has the ability to do this seamlessly.
I agree! We are a new school coming on BB and my teachers have been using lesson plans via RenWeb for over 18 years. They are livid! I have a work around, but will not help the principal to see areas without parents/students seeing.
What Eric Bischoff is suggesting in his two comments is exactly what I would hope to see in the very near future.
Other Features to include: lesson plans are able to be recalled from a previous year, plans are able to be shifted forward or backward due to change in schedule, Assignments created would appear in both the lesson plan and on the assignments page.
A simple calendar based text-field database so that teachers can record what they are teaching for the day, from classwork, worksheets needed, assignments, and quizzes/tests to be administered. This would allow the teachers to be organized, it would protect against unscheduled leave & coverages, and Administrators could monitor the pace at which the class is being taught.
