Please add filters to Advisory | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Please add filters to Advisory groups like there are in the directory

It would be very useful and more efficient for counselors to be able to filter their advisories by grad year or grade level instead of picking though them in alphabetical order.

We work with students by year and need to filter students by graduation year.
