Allow for Co-Heads of classes, | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Allow for Co-Heads of classes, advisories, groups of any type to be displayed.

When looking at student groups only the head of any group type shows even if the group type has a co-head. This is the situation we face now in advisory groups. It is an issue in dorm groups, class pages with co heads, etc.
