Allow teachers to copy discussion assignments the same way they can copy assignments

At this point, there is not a way to do flexible grouping (I have voted for this idea), so I have to create 6 discussion assignments for a single class of students. Please add a "copy discussion" button to the box for assigning a new discussion.
