Many of our non-teaching staff need to know our daily schedule, which rotates each day. There should be a way to allow them access to view this calendar without having to be tied to each class/activity. They take part in assemblies, lunch time activities, and often times need to pop in during certain periods of the day - having access to this calendar would allow them to know what time each activity/class is happening.
