uncheck all blocks when editing a course

When editing a course and indicating what blocks it can be scheduled for there should be a way to easily uncheck all instead of having to uncheck them one by one

    "Select All" and "Select None" buttons would be very helpful! Also, the fact that all blocks are automatically checked as the default has caused me some issues, since then courses that we don't even use have a certain block associated with them, which means the block cannot be removed/deleted.
