The Athletic Director or coaches should be able to enter athletic schedules for teams in the following year before the current year has ended. The school year for Academics and Athletics are not necessarily the same and the athletic schedules are being organized before the end of the current year. For example, Fall Season 19/20 teams are being scheduled in the Spring of the 18/19 year. It is double work to record those schedules separately and then enter them once the official school year has changed.
