In order to setup notifications for the Athletic Director for each team it is necessary to add that individual to the roster of each team.  Adding the Athletic Director to the list of options would allow for notifications while also listing the correct role of the AD on the public facing pages, rather than listing the AD as 'manager' or 'coach,' which is not accurate.
