At the moment, Assignments and topics can be shared with other teachers, but not assessments.

In the case of assignments, while teachers can't explicitly share them, they can refer them to other teachers who can then duplicate them by using the import assignment functionality and selecting the desired year, teacher, and class.

In the case of topics, teachers can share them directly with other teachers or add them to the topic bank.

Ideally, assessments should be shared as well and behave more like Topics:

1. Allow teachers to share them directly with other teachers

2. Allow teachers to access a shared pool of assessments from an Assessment Bank
