Add FILE UPLOAD as another type of "question" within assessments.

Our teachers would like to have students upload files for some assessments. So they may have some essay questions, some multiple choice questions and then maybe a few questions that require the students to upload a file. The file types could be audio or word or pdf or jpg.

    This would be incredibly helpful especially in situations in math and science for showing the work to get the answer.
