Currently, the only way to communicate through the tool to specific groups of users is to build a community croup. And when you have users that have more than 6 groups it becomes very hard to manage what group you want to communicate with.

I have created Categories, but they do not drive the headers I think Persona does.. I think it would be better for the categories to drive them. As it is the Groups listings are a mess.
