Need to remove ability to add assessments to multiple sections

I would like the ability to limit assignment/assessment sharing capabilities in classes.

Our teachers have also asked for this option. For some assessments they would prefer NOT to share their assessments. Would it be possible to have an option that teachers could share to keep the assessment limited to their own (that teacher's) use?
