Assessments should stay with a Student when they switch course section

I want Assessments to stay with the Student when they switch course section so they do not have to retake the Assessment. Currently, when a Student changes course sections, the Assessment cannot be seen any longer.

    I think this would be very helpful.  We have a drop/add period at the beginning of school and teachers are not wanting to enter grades because if a student moves they lose the information.
