For instance Track & Field has different groups like shot put, hammer throw, long jump, pole vault, etc.  I would be nice if they could have sub groups under Track & Field for the coaches to have the ability to message their specific athletes without having to individually type in their names, or send to the entire team.

Same goes for Football.  They would also like to be able to filter who messages get sent to by grade level.
