Allow greater formatting options (including styling) to assignments and assessments

Teachers often like to use colors, larger fonts, etc. in assignments and assessments. Please add greater styling abilities to these.

This is a very frequent request from teachers. The assignment description is an HTML box, so it seems to have the ability for different font options, but the toolbar does not have tools to change text color or size.
