Grade Assessments by Question, instead of by Student

For assessments that have free responses that need to be graded by the teacher, it would be convenient to grade all answers to Question 1, then all answers to Question 2, instead of having to jump from student to student and grade through all questions each iteration.

I use this on other platforms like Quizizz. It makes it much faster to grade when there are just a few essay questions on a test.
