The page for creating a new distribution group needs help: The window for choosing lists is very small and cannot be made wider. I can see about 4 or 5 words--and many of our lists start with the same 4 or 5 words, leading to a "trial and error" method of picking lists. We include our Trustees in all distro groups. To avoid manually updating every group when a trustee changes, we've created a list of trustees. But that means we've used 1 of our 5 lists--so we are really limited to 4 lists. The limit should be increased or, if that isn't possible, perhaps allow a "special" list to be included in all groups without counting against the limit.Lists are located in a completely separate area. Maybe the best thing would be to allow lists to be created "on the fly" inside the "create distribution group" page?
