Please allow the creation of a distribution group using just email addresses, without having to create a user profile, for example, for a grandparent distribution group.

We frequently want to communicate directly with grandparents in our school community. Instead of forwarding a push page via email, it would be better to send them a push page directly from Hillel.

    We want to upload a distribution (list of emails) list without making the individuals a constituent.
