For our fundraising campaigns, to maximize our fundraising efforts and avoid unsubscribes, we have been creating static distribution groups and then removing people from them after they've donated. This has been effective but is very slow. We would like a bulk way to remove people from static distribution groups, for example if we provide the system with user ID numbers.
