Ability to lock address field of one user

I would love to be able to lock the address field of one student address instead of the whole school. For example, I have 2 parents with different addresses and custody situation. The parents have access to change/edit the address of the other parent on the students contact card.

    I had a similiar issue where a non-custodial parent kept changing the student and other adults phone numbers and addresses. I had to remove the ability for any parent to update address information, making addition work for admins. This would be a useful upgrade.
