Include Parent and Child in User Placeholders

I would like placeholders for the parent and/or child of the users in the distribution group.

    How has this NOT been implemented yet??? Shocking that it's 2020 and Pushpages is not able to complete a standard function in other CMS's. Am I the only one trying to make Pushpages work for the admission funnel or has everyone switched to third-party platforms?
