Hide Billing and Shipping form if customer selects "Pickup in Store" option
It's annoying and redundant to have to complete this form if you plan to pick up the item(s) from the School Store. The form could just ask for name, phone, and email.

Most of our purchasers live in town. They accidentally went with the default "ship" which caused them to be billed for shipping, etc. At the very least let us change the default dropdown from "ship" to "pickup." Thank you.
