Ability to ADD FIELDS to shopping | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Ability to ADD FIELDS to shopping cart to COLLECT INFORMATION from buyer with each item being ordered

For Example:
T-Shirt Orders - We distribute purchased TShirts to our students at school. We need to be able to Add a field to collect Student Name & Grade next to the size shirt being ordered. Fields should be provided (or pop up) for the QTY of items ordered (i.e., parent orders 2 small shirts, provide pop up fields based on the QTY ordered so that information could be collected for each child).

Would also like the option to NOT have the shipping or pick up option listed on constituents shopping cart.
