Allow a limit of attendees per event registration form, without limiting the number of attendees for the event
We would like to use event registration to allow parents to sign their kids up for activities. We want one registration form to be filled out per student. However, in order to collect the attendee name we need to allow them to set the number of attendees. If we put a limit, it limits the number of attendees to the event overall, not the number of attendees per form.
To sum up: I want to be able to set the number of attendees per form separately from the limit on the number of attendees to the event.

To add to this idea (for better visibility), related: We would like to be able to limit the number of total Registrations as well as the Max per registration.
Example:
This would be to ensure that, when scheduling tours, we only get 2 families, regardless if it is just a parent, or a mom, dad, and student. Currently, with a max of 6 registrants, it is not clear that only 2 parties should register per event.
