When users access our mobile site, they need to click down several menu items to get to one of our pages. Once on that page, if the user goes back up to the menu, instead of showing the other items of the same level, they have to go back to the start of the menu and click back down into it to get to the other choices. I would like it if users did not have to do so much navigation work, similar to how its setup on the desktop website.
We implemented contextual menu functionality on mobile a couple months ago. Hope you are all finding it a better experience.
Anyone willing to review prototypes with us? We are working on improving mobile navigation.
This idea should merge with this one: https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12OM-I-1205
Super-fail, we need this fixed. What's the work around for this issue? It can't be clicking back through 3 or 4 menus every time you want to see the next option on that level. Seems like a pretty basic mobile site feature.
