Ability to approve all on the course request page

It is very tedious to have to individually approve each course for each student. Please add a button to approval all courses for a student.

I want advisors to be able to do this from the advisory Course Request work list.

Ability for Online Signup Managers to bulk approve Course Requests Merged

At this time an Online Signup Manager can not bulk approve Course Requests.
