We would like our Conduct Manager | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

We would like our Conduct Manager to have access to the same conduct information both through the directory and in onRecord

Currently our Conduct manager can see all conduct in onRecord but can only see conduct assigned by him through the directory and as the conduct manager, he should be able to see all conduct anywhere it's displayed.
