Allow access to full conduct view for Conduct Managers from the Student Directory
Even when the Conduct Manager role is enabled for access in an infraction, full display is not available from a student directory> conduct tab view. This is counterintuitive and an inconvenience for managers who happen to be in the Faculty persona.

When I go in the directory I have the option of Contact Card and, after choosing it, see Conduct. Looks like I can see everything in Conduct. Are you asking for the Conduct tab to be in the initial drop down? Would be nice.
