Ability for cloned Conduct Manager to not receive notifications when the Conduct Manager role has access set

Currently, if a user has the cloned Conduct Manager role, there isn't a way to prevent them from receiving notifications if the true Conduct Manager role has access set. Because we have users who need to see conduct, but don't need notifications, we would like to have these separated out.

Related ideas
It would be wonderful if this were universally applied to cloned roles! We're running into this in Enrollment Management as well.
