Our College Counseling Office has created a transcript which includes all past years' final grades and our current year's Semester 1 grades. Ideally, we would like the Final GPA to show for all past years but not for the current year. Right now, if a student has completed a semester-length class (i.e. has received a final grade) the transcript shows a GPA calculation for the current year which can be very misleading (i.e. a student could be failing all of their other classes, but could have done well in the semester-length class and therefore has a very high GPA showing for the current year). I'd either like the ability to not show a GPA calculation for the current year, or be able to choose a different calculation method for the current year. Thanks for considering!
