Currently the only information we can have in the 'Student header' block in the new report card builder is the student's name in different formats.  This is insufficient.

We need to also be able to include the student's address (we did this back when we used EE) and makes the report card look more official.

Not sure if this should be a separate 'Student Information' block where we can choose specifically what elements appear in this section, or if it should be included as part of other student options via a checkmark to access additional options and settings for each piece of information schools want to display.
