print transcripts alphabetically

When printing transcripts in the new builder there is an option that makes it seem like the transcripts will be printed in order by last name, but it doesn't actually do that. Please make this feature available like it is in the old builder.

    This was resolved with a release in October 2020.

    I have an open case in BB Case Central on this issue. This is the reply I received:

    I wanted to let you know that our internal team has identified this a current system issue. I have passed the information on to our product development team for further review. Given the impact to schools, this issue is being considered moderate severity at the moment.

    Our teams will be working to test and isolate the root cause, so that a fix can be implemented. Please note that it does take time for the team to identify, implement and test a solution, so that it can be added to a future release.
