Allow for attendance manager to use barcode scanner/receipt printer to scan in late students. Merged

Be able to use periperal devices that the SIS takes input and sends output to. Scan in a barcode (student ID) that finds the student and auto marks them tardy and prints a late pass on a receipt printer.
