Would like the ability to filter by birth date in Lists. For example it would be helpful to be able to filter by say "birth date <= 8/1/xxxx" so that I could get a list of users (students) who are 18 or will be 18 in a given year. This way I could easily assign things using said list such as school forms, checklists, etc. that are pertinent to just that group.
