Transcript Actions via Student Profile/People Finder

When I use People Finder to find a student and generate a transcript to send to a college coach or other. It would be nice to be able to enter the transcript action then rather then go to grade management. It is currently cumbersome.

    I keep track of all transcripts sent to colleges for athletics or after a student graduates via transcript action. Would be nice to update on student profile vs under grading area.
