Currently, in order for a teacher to recommend a course, the current enrollment needs to share a department with the course being recommended. In application, this means that we either need to combine MS Math and US Math departments, or to have the courses share a 'MS/US Overlap - Math' department to meet the criteria that would allow them to be recommended.

Please let us link MS and US (IE different level) departments to streamline the course recommendation process without a lot of extra setup.
